Garden Maintenance Packages – Key Terms
- Our garden maintenance packages are based on an average residential garden, including standard lawn areas, established garden beds, typical hedging, and a limited number of trees.
- Gardens that are larger than average, heavily planted, overgrown, or require additional time or labour may be subject to adjusted pricing. Any changes will be discussed prior to works continuing.
- Services requested outside the scheduled maintenance calendar, or beyond the scope of the selected package, are charged at $135 per person per hour (including GST) unless otherwise quoted.
- Clients must provide safe and clear access to all work areas at the scheduled service time. All pets must be securely restrained for the duration of the visit. Missed or limited services due to access or safety issues may still be charged.
- If animal waste (including dog faeces) must be collected or handled to complete the service, a $50 additional charge will apply.
- All packages require a minimum one (1) month cancellation notice, provided in writing.
- Weather-related delays may occur and services will be completed at the next available visit.
